here is a 36" round by 36" wide backyard smoker, it is made from new 1/4 steel it has a 20" x 24" no lip firebox directly underneath this desighn has proven to work above and beyond anything i have seen before, it has a 1/4 baffle plate for even heat and will reach temps of 550 and will maintain a temp of 225 for slow cooking, best of both worlds, it has three pullout shelves giving you over sq in of flat cooking space with a shelf spacing of 5 1/4 inches between them has two water resevoirs on each side with drain, two 3.5 in stacks for even heat control
